We’re excited to share that starting January 2026, all Seattle Fire Fighters HealthCare Trust members and their families will have access to the new WIN health platform from WinFertility. WIN is a comprehensive digital health platform designed to support you and your family through every stage of family life.

What is WIN?
WIN is an all-in-one family health platform that puts expert support at your fingertips. Whether you’re planning for a family, navigating parenthood, or managing life transitions, WIN connects you with clinical guidance, vetted providers, and resources tailored to your needs.
The platform includes unlimited on-call clinical support from dedicated Nurse Care Advocates, access to a nationwide network of top providers, and a library of evidence-based articles and videos to help you make informed decisions about your family’s health.
Your Benefits Include:
WINFertility: Coverage for up to 3 IVF cycles and 3 elective egg or sperm freezing cycles, plus 1 year of storage. Whether you’re ready to start a family now or want to preserve your options for the future, you’ll have comprehensive support.
WINMaternity: Personalized care coordination throughout pregnancy, including clinical guidance, at-home preeclampsia risk testing, return-to-work support, and milk shipping services to help you balance the demands of your career with new parenthood.
WINDoula: Up to $2,000 per pregnancy toward eligible doula services for pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care. Having a dedicated support person can make all the difference during this transformative time.
WINPowerPause: Personalized support for managing perimenopause, menopause, and andropause symptoms. Get the clinical guidance you need to maintain your quality of life and job performance during these transitions.
WINkid: Virtual pediatrics, coaching, therapy, neuropsychological testing, and care coordination for children of all ages. From routine concerns to specialized support, expert help is available when your kids need it.
