Mental Strength Webinars All Summer Long

We’re kicking off Mental Health Awareness Month with 4 new webinars

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and Station 2 Clinic has a great lineup of online, anonymous webinars designed specifically for firefighters and first responders. Running from May to August, these Firefighter Mental Strength Workshops are led by Station 2 Clinic’s mental health professionals and focus on building resilience, recognizing early signs of burnout, and managing the unique stresses of the job. Whether you’re looking for tools for yourself or ways to support your crew, MPH Laura Takacs and LMHC Jamie R. Epting offer practical strategies to support mental health both on and off the job.
