Meet Our New Station 2 Clinic Physicians
We’re excited to welcome Dr. Ariel Ehrlich and Dr. Molly Baggett to the Station 2 Clinic team. You’ll enjoy getting to know these two new talented healthcare providers.

Ariel Ehrlich, M.D.
Family Practice Physician
Dr. Ehrlich graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and specializes in family practice. Dr. Ehrlich embraces a patient-centered approach that aligns with the values and goals of our unique clinic.
At the core of Dr. Ehrlich’s practice is a sincere interest in getting to know you as a person. “I enjoy getting to know people, learning what their challenges are, what’s most important to them, and how I can help,” she shares. She believes that you know what matters most for your health and sees her role as partnering with you to achieve and protect those goals. Her philosophy is simple but impactful: “I understand that not every medical option is right for every person. I will always want to make sure whatever plan we put together works for the individual.”
Dr. Ehrlich’s early years were spent at an army base in Alabama. She fell in love with Seattle when she came for a residency interview. “I was amazed at how beautiful it was and how much I felt at home,” she recalls—and she’s been here ever since. When she’s not caring for patients, Dr. Ehrlich enjoys writing and storytelling. She’s also a fan of the Pacific Northwest’s unique wildlife, especially our charismatic crows: “I’ll never turn down a sassy crow video.” And while she jokes that she’s “a busy, busy grown-up” with no time for fun, we suspect her sense of humor suggests otherwise.
When you visit Dr. Ehrlich, she’ll begin by asking what you want from the appointment and conclude by ensuring that all your questions are answered. Her approach is collaborative, personal, and focused on creating a care plan that truly works for you as an individual.
We’re confident you’ll appreciate Dr. Ehrlich’s caring, personalized approach to treatment. Please join us in welcoming her to the Station 2 Clinic team.

Molly Baggett, M.D.
Family Practice Physician
Dr. Baggett earned her medical degree from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine and completed her residency at Swedish Family Medicine here in Seattle. With over 25 years in the Seattle area, she brings deep roots in our community along with her expertise in family medicine.
Dr. Baggett’s clinical interests reflect her holistic approach to health. She emphasizes the importance of prevention and evidence-based medicine, while also promoting mindfulness meditation as part of overall wellness. “I enjoy forming connections with patients and helping them to be as healthy as they can,” she explains. Her goal for every visit is for patients to feel at ease, fully listened to, and well cared for. She wants you to focus on whatever aspect of your health concerns you most, without feeling pressure to be perfect.
Originally from Boulder, Colorado, Dr. Baggett was initially attracted to Seattle because her sister lived here. She applied for residencies in the area and decided to stay—a choice she’s clearly happy with after living here for more than 25 years. When she’s not at the clinic, you might find her hiking, or at home working on crosswords and wooden puzzles, knitting, or spending quality time with friends and family. She’s also a dedicated dog mom to Suki, a five-year-old chocolate English Labrador who joined her family as a “pandemic puppy” and helped everyone get through that difficult time. Having grown up with cats, Dr. Baggett happily considers herself proof that people can love both dogs and cats equally.
Here’s something that might surprise you: Dr. Baggett majored in astronomy in college and planned to become an astronomer until she had a sudden realization that medicine was her calling. She still loves thinking about astrophysics, though! As a lifelong Saturday Night Live fan who shares a birthday with Stevie Wonder, Dr. Baggett appreciates both humor and great music.
Dr. Baggett has recently become interested in a grounding practice called “earthing”—the simple act of connecting to the earth with bare skin. She’s excited about the fascinating studies showing health benefits from this natural practice and is happy to share more with anyone who’s interested.
We’re excited to welcome Dr. Baggett to our team and believe you’ll value her warm, thoughtful, and comprehensive approach to care.
